Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

• Wellbeing Center Middle East is a services-based, licensed company and is fully eligible to be compensated against its time, experience, expertise, advisory, consulting and any other service. Any amount earned in its scope of services is not refundable.
  
• Full refund will be issued in case of technical error such as double charging.
  
• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
  

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Canceling or rescheduling an appointment, to avoid being charged, be done by 12.00 pm the working day before the appointment. Cancellations made after 12.00pm the previous working day or failure to attend an appointment will be charged the full fee for the session.
  
• Same-day cancellation is non-refundable.
